If you have an upcoming appointment booked on or before 30^th September 2023, this will go ahead as planned and we look forward to seeing you at the clinic.

Any appointments booked after 30^th September 2023 will be cancelled.

Pre-paid services and gift vouchers

All valid pre-paid services* purchased at SILK Laser Clinics Port Macquarie and outstanding gift cards less than 3 years since purchase are eligible for a refund.

To ensure we can complete this efficiently, please complete the form below. Refunds to be processed via the form only, not in clinic.

This form will remain open for a period of 90 days (until 31st December 2023). After this period, if you are entitled to a refund you will need to direct your enquiries to refundrequest@silklaser.com.au.

*Valid pre-paid services – This includes unredeemed non-expired treatments purchased within the last 18 months.
