What is SILK Laser Clinics shipping rates for products purchased online?
For all orders over $50 delivery is free.|
For orders under $50 the delivery fee is $15.00 (within Australia)

Does SILK ship outside of Australia?
Yes, you can enquire at onlineorders@silklaser.om.au if you wish to have products delivered internationally

How do I return or exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact onlineorders@silklaser.com.au within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, replacement or credit.

How can I change an order I just placed?
Please contact us immediately at onlineorder@silklaser.com.au if you would like to change your order once submitted online. Once your order has been completed and in transit, we cannot accept any changes of your order

We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the same day if placed before 4pm (AEST). We use StarTrack Express which is next business day delivery within the express network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only). StarTrack Express parcels may arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express network may be 2-5 business days. If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order, please email us at onlineorders@silklaser.com.au with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.  In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
