If you have an upcoming appointment booked on or before 13th December 2025, this will go ahead as planned and we look forward to seeing you at the clinic.

Any appointments booked after 13th December 2025 will be cancelled.

If you wish to continue your journey with SILK Laser Clinics, your closest clinic is SILK Wagga Wagga, who are happy to redeem your valid packages*.

Pre-paid services and gift vouchers

All valid pre-paid services* purchased at SILK Laser Clinics Albury and outstanding gift cards less than 3 years since purchase are eligible for a refund.

To ensure we can complete this efficiently, please complete the form below. Refunds to be processed via the form only, not in clinic.

This form will remain open for a period of 90 days (until 1st March 2026).  After this period, if you are entitled to a refund you will need to direct your enquiries to [email protected]
