SILK Laser Australia Limited (ASX: SLA) was acquired by Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Pty Ltd (API), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers Limited (ASX:WES), on 29 November 2023 by way of a scheme of arrangement (Scheme). As a result, SLA shares were suspended from close of trading on the ASX on 16 November 2023 and it was delisted from the ASX on 30 November 2023.
