Free standard shipping in Australia on all orders over $70.

Australia Standard Australia Post (5 to 7 Business Days)

Orders under $70 or Express:

Standard = $10 flat rate via Standard Australia Post (5 to 7 Business Days).

Express = $15 flat rate via Australia Post (1 to 3 Business Days).

New Zealand

Standard = $20 flat rate via Australia Post International (7 to 12 Business Days)

Express = $26 flat rate via Australia Post International (5 to 8 Business Days)

How long does dispatch take?

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Please also allow extra order processing times during sales.

Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and partners. Delays may occur due to high volumes, weather, or traffic.

At SILK Laser Clinics, we want you to have the most convenient and safe shopping experience. We offer a Click & Collect service, with your order available within 24 – 48 hours. Products and opening hours varies by clinic, so please check your SILK Laser Clinic.

Choose your Clinic. During the checkout process, select FREE Click & Collect.
You will receive an email that your order is being processed.
Once the order has been finalised in clinic, you will receive an SMS and email stating the order is ready to collect.
Please check your emails for next steps like the stores opening hours and what to bring with you.

Is there a charge for click & collect?

When can I collect my order?

You will receive and email and SMS message when your order is ready to collect. This will be usually be within 24 hours of placing your order.
Visiting a clinic prior to receiving this communication may mean your order will not be ready.

What do I bring with me to collect my order?

When collecting your order you will need a copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a form of photo ID – Driver License, Passport, Proof of Age Card or Blind Citizens Card.

Can I click and collect outside of clinic opening hours?

All orders must be collected during clinic opening hours. Clinic operating hours are displayed online on our clinic locator page.
Opening times may vary by location, please check before visiting.

How long do I have to collect my order?

Orders will be held for 14 days. If you are unable to collect your order, please contact the clinic directly here.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order.
