After cleansing, gently massage 1-2 pumps onto face and neck, paying particular attention to areas with expression lines. Start using twice weekly at night ONLY, and gradually build up to a nightly application. Over usage can initially cause flaking and redness until the skin tolerates this higher percentage retinoid.
