In the evening, after cleansing the face, take 1-2 pumps all over the face, neck and décolletage. Follow with your evening moisturiser. Introduce this product slowly into your regime to build your tolerance to retinol. Start by applying to your skin 2x per week in the evening, adding one day per week until you are happy with the frequency of application.
