From 21st July, existing account holders will receive a one-time passcode (OTP) via email to verify your email address.
You’ll only need to verify once. After that, you’ll have full access to your account for purchases, bookings, and updates.
Once verified, you can use your account across all our brands: SILK Laser Clinics, Clear Skincare and Australian Skin Clinics.

- Select Create Account
- Enter your email address and password or continue with Google
- Enter the one-time code that we’ll send to your email. We use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to keep your account secure. You’ll only need to verify once.
- Enter your verification code and you’ll be prompted to enter your details to finalise creating your account.
- Verification codes should reach your inbox within 5 minutes. If you don’t receive one:
- Check your spam folder
- Check you‘ve entered the correct email address
- If you no longer have access to the email address you originally created your account with, you can update your email and we’ll send the verification code to your new email
- Forgot your password? Simply select ‘Forgot password’ and enter your email address to reset your password
- If you don’t receive a forgot password email (and you’ve checked your Spam and Promotions folders), you may not have an account with us yet – just head back to the Create Account screen to sign up

If you signed up with an email address that you no longer have access to that’s okay. As long as you know your account password, you’ll be able to login and update your email address. We will send a verification to your new email and you’ll be able to use your account as normal.
If you don’t have access to your email address and you don’t know your password, you’ll need to set up a new online account.
Yes, after signing up for a new account you will still be able to see your treatments and appointments. If you can’t see your appointments anymore, please contact our Customer Care team at customerservice@silklaser.com.au.

No, this is a free service offered by SILK Laser Clinics
You will receive and email and SMS message when your order is ready to collect.
This will be within 24 hours of placing your order.
Visiting a clinic prior to receiving this communication may mean your order will not be ready.
When collecting your order you will need a copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a form of ID – Driver License, Passport, Proof of Age Card or Blind Citizens Card.
All orders must be collected during clinic opening hours.

Opening times may vary by location, please check before visiting.
Orders will be held for 14 days.
If you are unable to collect your order, please contact the clinic directly here.
If the product has not been opened or damaged, you can exchange it for another when you collect your order.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange a product once its opened.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be redeemed online and in-store at any SILK Group clinics, including SILK Laser Clinics, Australian Skin Clinics, and Eden Laser Clinics*. Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining card value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
To redeem online, input the voucher number during checkout. Please note that only one gift card voucher is allowed per online transaction.
All SILK Laser Clinics Gift Cards expire 3 years (36 months) after the date of purchase.
Your gift card will be delivered to the designated recipient in the next 15 minutes if you have selected today’s date. If you choose to send later, your gift card will be sent before midday on your selected date.
